Dingli Electric Technology Co., Ltd. is a factory of Henan Dingli Power Equipment Co., Ltd. It is also the first angle steel tower production line in China dedicated to American Standard, British Standard and other international standards. The first phase of the plant has a designed annual production capacity of 15,000 tons and the second phase has 20,000 tons.

The production line has absorbed more than 30 years of manufacturing experience from Henan Dingli Poles and Towers Co., Ltd., using many self-developed auxiliary equipment. From the raw materials entry inspection to the final product inspection are highly automated.

In order to adapt to the design habits which uses large numbers of small size angle steel in Latin American market (High Strength Angle Steel, L is less than 63mm), Dingli has customized high-strength small size angle steel production line, meanwhile, reached an agreement with the angle steel factory to batch-roll 4000 tons of such raw material (1000 tons per model) to ensure the fastest delivery of orders in international market.

For galvanizing, we use the Italian environmentally-friendly high-end automatic galvanizing line, which is the first fully galvanized line in China based on European quality standards. It is fully responsive to American Standard galvanizing standards and, in extreme conditions, can meet galvanized thicknesses up to 135 microns.

Dingli, with its Quito pole & tower ASTM standard design center, and emergency supply & replacement center, will provide customers with rapid professional services from design to after-sale service.
