Ireland—Dublin. A 300MW gas-fired power station is located less than one kilometer from the coastline. Situated in a offshore environment with highly corrosive air conditions, even stainless steel would corrode. During the implementation of this project, DINGLI overcame numerous industry challenges, including achieving an IP65 protection rating for a 1500W diesel generator set which previously considered virtually unattainable in the industry. At mean time DINGLI team resolved the electrochemical corrosion issue between the all-stainless steel power plant structure and the all-aluminum isolated phase busbar system. Our team collaborated closely with the manufacturer, employing 3D modeling to develop innovative and efficient engineering solutions.
Finally, on May 6, 2026, the project officially received the final acceptance certificate. At this moment, all products supplied by DINGLI for the project—including diesel generator sets, auxiliary transformers for gas-fired generator sets, station transformers, isolation phase busbars, and grounding resistor cabinets—had successfully passed inspection by the client's supervision team. DINGLI and its supplier team successfully met the world's most stringent standards and rigorous testing procedures, earning recognition and praise from both project owners and general contractors.
