2021-04-22

HENAN DINGLI POWER EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. participated in the international public bidding for general material contracting project of four 230KV transmission lines in Ecuador in February 2021. After several rounds of review, it was finally determined that DINGLI won the Lot 3 and Lot 4 of the bid with a total amount of 11.85 million US dollars.

The project is financed by the Inter-American Development Bank and aims to optimise and construct the four major power transmission lines in Ecuador. The scope of the project includes complete transmission line tower design, complete line material supply, on-site installation guidance and training. The project was tendered in the form of international public bidding, and the competition was fierce. DINGLI competed on the same stage with well-known international companies, and finally was awarded with the Lot 3 and Lot 4 of the bid.

This project is the single largest contract signed by DINGLI in the Ecuadorian market so far. The owner is Ecuador’s National Electricity Company (CELEC), and the scope of services involves the construction of the country’s main power grid. It is of great significance to DINGLI for developing the local market, as well as South American and international markets.
